For many people, the river is at is best in the late evening or early morning. For those who are prepared to venture forth, we are pleased to offer Overnight Hire for both punts and rowboats.

Overnight Hire is available at our Main Boatyard from 17:00 until closing time and craft should be returned by 09:00 the next morning. They are self-locking, allowing hirers to return at any time. Overnight Hire is available for Grantchester only.

This type of hire is available on station on the day. We also accept pre-bookings. For further information on advance sales please click here.

Rates
Prices: per craft for the fixed rate period , i.e. between 17:00 & 09:00 the next day. Security deposit: required before hire commences. Maximum capacities: 6 persons per punt & 5 per rowboat. Full hire Terms & Conditions: available here.
On station	£80.00 weekday, £90.00 weekend / bank holiday. Payment: before the commencement of hire.
Booking Punt Rowboat	£70.00 weekday, £80.00 weekend / bank holiday. Minimum charge: as per the rates above. Hire after 09:00 the next day charged at standard rate pro rata to nearest 6 mins. Payment: any outstanding charges are payable at the end of hire.
