Like its Early Bird sibling, this is an online weekday offer which provides up to 5 hours' self-hire at less than half the equivalent hourly rate. It is available for canoes, kayaks, punts and rowboats.
To take advantage of this offer craft must be collected between 16:00 and 18:00 and then returned by 21:00 or the day's closing time, whichever is the earlier.
When we are open later than 21:00, you may stay out beyond this time if you wish; any extra hire is simply charged at the day's standard hourly rate, broken down to the nearest 6 minutes.
The Late Bird Offer only applies to Grantchester and is not available for the Backs. It is available as an online weekday booking only. For further information on advance sales please click here.

Prices: per craft, for hire during the fixed rate period, i.e. between 16:00 & 21:00 (or the day's closing time, if earlier).
Security deposit: required before hire commences.
Maximum capacities: 6 persons per punt, 5 per rowboat, 4 per canoe & 1 per kayak.

Kayak: £17.50 weekday, N/A weekend / bank hol.
Canoe, punt, rowboat: £35.00 weekday, N/A weekend / bank hol.
Minimum charge: £70.00 weekday, N/A weekend / bank holiday.
Hire after 21:00, but before closing time, charged at standard rate pro rata to nearest 6 mins.
Payment: any outstanding charges are payable at the end of hire.
